Sourcing
Every formula on Tiremason is implemented as a tested pure function, and every threshold cites its source on the methodology page. Where the community of practice disagrees — for example the 3% versus 5% tire-difference schools — both positions are presented with their reasoning rather than collapsed into a false consensus.
No fabricated evidence
Statistics, failure stories, and quoted thresholds come from documented owner-community reports gathered during research, not invented for effect. Decorative design elements that would imply unverifiable certifications (fake standards, fake hashes) are excluded by policy.
Corrections
Errors are corrected when found and noted. Send evidence-backed corrections to [email protected]; sourced corrections are applied to the page, the methodology ledger, and the engine tests together so the three never drift apart.
Independence
Calculators carry no sponsored placements and no affiliate links. No manufacturer influences thresholds or verdicts.
